Software Test Automation Engineer - Frisco, Texas

Performance Software is seeking Test Automation Engineers with expertise in automated testing, integration automation, and CI/CD-driven software validation. This position operates on a two-week-onsite, two-week-remote rotation, with per diem and all travel expenses provided for the duration of the program. Future programs provide opportunity to work fully remote. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated regression frameworks and integration test tools, building and sustaining CI/CD-powered test pipelines, executing tests, collecting and reporting results, and troubleshooting issues across software, hardware, network, and system integration in distributed environments. Required skills include proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting, Linux, Git-based configuration management, and experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows. Preferred qualifications include experience with autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, or defense software, HITL/SITL automation, telemetry and mission data validation, and experience with embedded or flight-critical software systems.
