Job Summary
Software Technologist I with a focus on Test Automation. Responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using C# and automation frameworks, designing comprehensive test plans and test cases from software requirements, executing both manual and automated tests, and documenting results. Performs root cause analysis on defects, collaborates with developers to implement fixes, and establishes testing environments that mirror production. Works across testing activities including SIT, process refinement, and continuous improvement, while contributing to Agile practices and ensuring high software quality. Requires a Bachelor's degree and approximately 4 years of related experience; onsite work in Bangalore is expected (3 days per week).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
- Minimum required Experience: Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4 years of experience in areas such as Software Development, Automation, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent
- ISTQB Foundation - preferred
