Job Summary
Lead and direct the design, development, and maintenance of highly secure and scalable software solutions. Provide technical leadership to teams, mentoring and coaching junior staff and influencing development practices across the organization. Drive innovative concepts, products, and solutions that directly impact the future direction of the company. Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with the highest technical standards. Document technical designs, code, and other project deliverables to ensure high-quality communication across the organization. Communicate effectively with senior leaders, external partners, and customers to ensure alignment and promote the organization’s thought leadership in the field. Collaborate on achieving 100% automation in development processes. Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments to ensure that products remain at the forefront of innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in software development
- Experience: 10+ years of server-side programming with Java
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, SQL
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and guide teams toward best practices
- Experience interacting with executive-level stakeholders (VP, SVP) and customers
- Knowledge of PLM software, particularly Windchill and AI Tooling is a strong advantage
- CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GIT
- Document technical designs, code, and other project deliverables
