Job Summary
Lead and mentor development teams while reviewing code, managing pull requests, and enforcing best practices. Design scalable and secure architecture for .NET-based APIs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions in cloud and hybrid environments. Manage Azure infrastructure, coordinate deployments across DEV/UAT/PROD, and troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis. Document architecture and technical solutions while supporting frontend-backend integration. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership to drive design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years in software development
- 2 + years in technical leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (required)
- Equivalent experience may substitute formal education
- Experience as Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Software Architect
- Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills
- Experience in Agile environments
- Knowledge of software architecture, integrations, and cloud/hybrid environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- .NET / .NET Core / C#
- REST API development
- Layered architecture and integrations
