Job Summary
Design and maintain project architecture while ensuring chosen technologies align with company standards and the overall Architecture Vision. Solve complex technical challenges and optimize performance, scalability, and security for designated code areas using the C#/.Net stack. Mentor team members, enforce coding standards, and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Translate business requirements into software solutions, define best practices, and facilitate coding workflows across cross-functional teams including product owners and DevOps Engineers. Identify and resolve scalability issues, technical debt, and integration complexities with third-party tools. Proactively guide engineers on technical approaches and document development processes to maintain scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field of study
- 4+ years C# Developer experience
- MS SQL server
- VBA
- Practical usage of agentic engineering tools
- Initiative, desire to learn, willingness to adapt, and ability to work in a team
- Experience working on cross team projects
- Understanding of order and warehouse management systems
- Leading a team
- Open source code or example projects that you're proud to share
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Stash
- Knowledge of web platforms and technologies, including Message Bus, HTTP, REST APIs, JSON
Desired Qualifications
- MS SQL server, and VBA is a plus, but other languages are accepted as well
- Understanding of order and warehouse management systems is a great plus
- Leading a team will be a plus
