Job Summary
Senior Software Systems Integrator (Level 5) at Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on deploying and managing Kubernetes-based services with Helm and Helmfile, performing end-to-end system integration and validation, and building automated regression/test procedures. Candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting in Linux, familiar with Docker and Java concepts, and capable of debugging services via command line or Rancher. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience OR PhD with 8 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with adjudicated Full-Scope polygraph
- Proficient with Git, Linux and shell scripting, and a basic understanding of Java
- Experience deploying services with Kubernetes, Rancher, and Helm/Helmfile
- Experience developing and executing functional/check-out testing and test procedures
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small project teams
- Strong customer interaction and presentation skills
- Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
- Certifications such as CKA/CKAD/CNCF recommended
- Experience with security/hardening and Kubernetes best practices
- Proficient in Linux, shell scripting, and debugging using command line
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Active collaboration in Scrum/Kanban environments
- Public-domain requirement: U.S. Citizenship for government-cleared roles
