Software Support Specialist - Technical

Job Summary
Provide technical software support for Rent Manager property management software and related applications. Troubleshoot software and technical issues via phone, email, and remote sessions; guide users with clear communication and best practices; document and track issues using a ticketing system; collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have IT/CS backgrounds or programming experience to leverage scripting tools for customer reports; strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills; working knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and basic networking. Hybrid flexibility: 50% in-office, 50% remote.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer-facing service role
