Job Summary
Respond to incoming client service requests by researching issues, prioritizing urgency, and providing timely support. Assess client software needs, assist with testing new and existing software, and conduct end-user training. Perform system configurations for client data conversion and ensure Change Control Process compliance for production and test environments. Assist with software installations while maintaining accurate records. This role requires 25% travel by car or plane, including potential weekend and international travel, and a current valid driver's license. Candidates need one or more years of customer service experience, strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and CRM, and an understanding of accounting principles.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel 25% by car and/or plane, may include weekend travel
- Ability to travel internationally
- Current valid drivers license
- One or more years experience in customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft CRM
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- One or more years of accounting work experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Experience with other computer database/reporting tools
- Ability to analyze problems
- Ability to identify workable solutions
- Ability to select appropriate course of action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train in a group setting
