Job Summary
Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support for existing applications, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing ERP and in-house/cloud applications; document and track user issues; manage RBAC, user accounts, and permissions; conduct regular audits for security/compliance; coordinate with stakeholders and implementation partner for SaaS release management; support system integrations, analyze workflows and processes, collaborate with IT and business teams on enhancements; participate in agile software development, test new or modified software, provide training and maintain knowledge base articles; requires on-site work at Aviagen headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Experience with SQL/database management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team
- Poultry Industry knowledge is a plus
