Job Summary
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users across the property portfolio using the Yardi Voyager platform. Train on-site and administrative staff on Yardi functionality and best practices while configuring and maintaining modules such as Financials, CRM, and Residential. Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and collaborate with IT, Accounting, and Property Management teams to integrate Yardi with other systems. Ensure data accuracy, maintain user access, and uphold regulatory compliance. This full-time role requires 2+ years of Yardi Voyager and Rent Café experience, with hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, and occasional travel to support site teams.
