Job Summary
Software Support Engineer (Post Sales) role responsible for post-implementation support and customer training. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Glory software inquiries, participate in software demonstrations for deployment discussions, understand customer-specific settings and configurations, coordinate post-implementation activities, collaborate with product teams on software-related matters, perform field installation and training, troubleshoot field software issues, create and update documentation such as software configuration, test data, and a support knowledge base, and modify scripts/tools to meet customer needs or enhance internal operations. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience and a diploma or degree in computing or related IT certification, with networking (TCP/IP), SQL Server, web/server technologies (Apache, HTTP, XML, Web Service), web security (SSL/HTTPS), strong communication, and troubleshooting abilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Degree in computing or related IT certification
- Networking knowledge or experience for TCP/IP network setup
- Software programming or scripting background
- SQL Server and SQL queries
- Web server environment knowledge including Apache, HTTP, XML, and Web Service
- Web Security knowledge including SSL, HTTPS
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and flexible thinker
- Good Troubleshooting skills (System troubleshooting, Hardware, and software)
- Good Interpersonal Relationship
