Job Summary
Grow and develop a portfolio of customers by uncovering new business opportunities and expanding existing solution engagements. Act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations improve business outcomes through innovative software and workflow solutions. Work alongside industry-leading Pre-Sales specialists to design and deliver tailored solutions that solve real customer challenges. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from strategic customer engagement and solution design through to commercial negotiation and contract close. Build lasting partnerships with customers, providing ongoing guidance and identifying opportunities to support their long-term success. This permanent full-time role offers hybrid work options with two days from home.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in solution-based or consultative sales
- Strong track record of building client relationships and achieving sales outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to understand business drivers, develop compelling business cases, and articulate solution value
- Ability to identify customer challenges and align software and business solutions to deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Experience navigating purchasing and decision-making processes
- Ability to balance client expectations
- Highly organised and results-driven
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in Print Management Solutions (e.g Papercut, YSoft, Control Suite)
Desired Qualifications
