Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end procurement for software and cloud engagements by performing direct negotiations, managing complex agreements, and drafting Master Licenses. Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities, coordinate competitive bids, and contribute to P&L and cost avoidance. Develop and mentor team members across US, Poland, and India locations while navigating regulatory compliance and IT security schedules. Work with global IT vendors and senior stakeholders in Boston to deliver scalable solutions and mitigate risks.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years strategic sourcing experience in IT related spend
- referenceable knowledge in cloud software
- strong understanding of all facets of global IT vendors
- Proven track record of delivering P&L saving projects
- strong commercial skills
- ability to deliver cost effective outcomes
- Top level negotiation skills
- ability to influence cross-functionally
- Understanding of best in class procurement, risk, Information Security and payable processes
- Ability to manage challenging stakeholders diplomatically
