Job Summary
Senior Software Solutions Architect responsible for architecting and managing complex infrastructure software solutions, advising on licensing and software asset management, driving contract administration and cost-benefit analyses, and guiding stakeholders on license management practices. Role involves designing high-level architectures, ensuring deployment and operation of infrastructure software, researching emerging infrastructure technologies, and contributing to internal methodologies, processes, and tools, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. Requires deep Cisco licensing knowledge, experience with multiple vendors (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Palo Alto), and a Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; hybrid work arrangement in Madrid and Barcelona, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Deep understanding of Cisco Smart accounts and Smart licensing
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and configuration operating models
- Proficiency with licensing models (Perpetual, right to use, End-User, Subscription, Enterprise Agreements)
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with multi-technology infrastructure software and infrastructure solution design best practices
