The Software Sales Representative will drive revenue by selling a construction operating platform to general contractors, subcontractors, property managers, and construction company owners. Responsibilities include prospecting new business, conducting product demonstrations, managing a sales pipeline, and developing relationships within the construction industry. The role requires a self-starter with a solid background in B2B software sales and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should have a hunter mentality, a proven sales track record, and be comfortable with CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in SaaS, construction tech, or selling to the construction/real estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a hunter-style sales role
- Experience selling to small and mid-size business owners who are hands-on decision-makers
- Ability to conduct compelling product demos and articulate technical value to non-technical buyers
- Understanding of construction workflows and contractor pain points — or the drive to learn fast
- Self-starter who can build a sales process where one doesn't fully exist yet
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
- Comfortable with CRM tools and disciplined about pipeline management
- Willingness to travel within Texas and Colorado as needed
