Seeking a driven Software Sales Consultant to expand Vera's customer base in legal, compliance, and real estate sectors. Ideal candidates thrive in startup environments, enjoy direct customer interaction, and can translate complex workflows into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include managing a full sales pipeline and running product demos.
Required Qualifications
- 2–6+ years in software sales, business development, or SaaS consulting
- Experience selling to legal teams, operations, real estate, or compliance (or adjacent B2B software)
- Strong discovery and qualification skills
- Ability to simplify complex workflows for customers
- High ownership — you drive deals, not wait for inbound
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-through
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in legal tech, regtech, CLM, oil & gas systems, county/court filing, or real estate workflow software
- Experience selling to law firms, GCs, compliance officers, land teams, or legal ops
- Comfort engaging with engineers and product teams
- Prior startup / early-stage experience
- Ability to read or map procedural workflows
