Job Summary
Orchestrate the end-to-end software release lifecycle for all digital products, driving deployment and adoption strategies across Technogym's global network of connected devices. Align release activities across development, QA, marketing, and operations to manage dependencies and achieve adoption goals. Maintain the master release calendar, enforce quality policies, lead readiness meetings, and orchestrate critical go/no-go decisions. Monitor adoption rates, analyze deployment data to minimize version fragmentation, and report on operational KPIs such as speed and change failure rate. Optimize release processes and documentation to ensure continuous improvement. Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless, data-driven rollouts that enhance the user experience worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in software deployment, release management, or product operations
- proven track record in managing rollouts across distributed systems
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of Release Management
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Lean methodology principles (e.g., Kaizen, Continuous Improvement)
- traditional Project Management approaches (Waterfall, Stage-Gate)
- High familiarity with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- data analysis tools (Power BI, Data Studio, BigQuery, or similar)

Desired Qualifications
