Software Quality Operations Specialist

Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy cutting-edge ML and Generative AI models and tools to drive improvements in issue discovery, triage efficiency, and quality assurance. Leverage AI-powered insights and traditional signals to proactively identify emerging on-road issue trends and edge cases, and develop data-driven strategies for issue discovery and monitoring. Serve as the key link between AI/ML development and operational execution by defining policies, SOPs, and integrating AI tools into vendor workflows. Design and implement robust quality control processes for both human and AI-generated outputs, perform meta-quality checks, and provide feedback to improve both human and model performance. Act as the subject matter expert for Software Quality Operations, collaborating with stakeholders, program leads, and vendor teams to ensure adoption of AI/ML advancements in quality processes. Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and drive the development and deployment of new tooling features. Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across a diverse work environment.
