Job Summary
Software Quality Engineer in Bangalore responsible for supporting a Legacy Financial Platform in a 24x7 environment. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications; leading or supporting incident, problem, and change management; conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes; proactive monitoring and response to alerts and outages; automating operational tasks using scripting/tools; ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs; maintaining SOPs and knowledge base. Nice-to-have skills include automation/scripting (Python, PowerShell), experience with enterprise monitoring tools, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Legacy Tools
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA capability
- Experience in production support environment
