Job Summary
Own the testing strategy, automated regression testing, API testing, functional testing, UAT support, and release quality assurance for the cloud-based digital platform. Build and maintain automated regression test suites for critical user journeys while ensuring workflows, processes, logic, dashboards, access controls, and integrations are tested continuously throughout Agile delivery. Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases, and data; conduct smoke and release validation before deployment; and support business users during UAT to verify production readiness. Requires 3-4 years of QA experience with strong hands-on automation testing skills. This fixed-term contract engagement spans one year.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of QA experience
- strong hands-on automation testing experience
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end QA automation frameworks
- integrating automated testing tools with CI/CD pipelines test reporting platforms
- automated quality gates
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or equivalent
- Strong experience with Postman, Newman, REST Assured or equivalent
- Ability to design clear and comprehensive functional, regression, integration and negative test cases
- Ability to perform basic SQL queries for test data validation
- Familiarity with running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines and interpreting test reports
- Experience testing continuously within Agile sprint delivery
- Understanding of authentication testing, authorisation testing, access control validation, input validation and security regression testing
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test management tools
