Job Summary
Support Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) activities for complex Modeling & Simulation software by collaborating with engineers, developers, analysts, and subject matter experts. Review test data, perform detailed analysis of results, and prepare technical reports, VV&A plans, and documentation. Assist in defining simulation requirements and acceptance criteria while conducting risk assessments and supporting accreditation activities. Identify discrepancies, issues, and recommend corrective actions, and support automated testing and validation processes. Communicate technical findings with project teams and stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering, DoD security clearance, and strong analytical skills. DoD experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
- Ability to obtain and maintain required DoD security clearance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Experience following technical procedures with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and VV&A methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) projects
- Experience with automated testing
- Knowledge of C++, Python, HTML, scripting, or databases
- DoD experience
