Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary
Design, document, and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression test plans based on technical requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary development teams to identify, document, and follow up on defects while ensuring reliable releases across existing and new products. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies, including supporting the implementation of automated testing practices with tools like Selenium or Playwright. Participate actively in an Agile development environment to increase test coverage and efficiency. This role operates within a hybrid model (2 days in-office) for a global partner building tech teams for clients in Healthcare, Finance, and Legal sectors. Fluency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Previous hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance / Software Testing
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and their practical application
- Experience designing and executing functional, integration, E2E, and regression tests
- Experience creating test cases and scenarios based on business and functional requirements
- Knowledge of test automation and experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile ways of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the improvement of QA processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
