Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and data mapping specifications to create test plans and cases for tables and views. Execute source-to-target, transformation, and row count validations, then participate in peer reviews of test cases. Report defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues, while writing test summary reports. Attend daily stand-ups and refinement meetings, and work closely with developers and end users throughout the software life cycle. This role supports the IT team's custom software solutions and data warehouse management within Medpace's clinical research organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in ETL/software testing
- Experience in an agile-like environment
- Experience with databases such as SQL, Snowflake, etc.
- Experience communicating and working within cross-departmental teams consisting of software developers, data engineers, department leads, and end users
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience in the regulated healthcare industry
