Software Project Manager

Job Summary
Software Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple software initiatives across fintech, blockchain, AI/ML, and SaaS domains. Owns project plans, timelines, and resource allocation; coordinates client teams, engineering, and stakeholders; runs agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming); tracks KPIs and milestones; manages risks, dependencies, and blockers; updates project management systems (Linear) and escalates major blockers. Drives collaboration across distributed teams across time zones and champions best practices in software development and agile project management. Requires exceptional communication and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences; availability to work core hours 9 AM–6 PM EST.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field, or the equivalent
- 5+ years of experience managing technical software projects in agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
