Job Summary
Prioritize and validate network application development, updates, and patches for the Network Application Team while reviewing systems engineering concepts and algorithms. Guide the development team through acceptance criteria verification and collaborate with the Cyber team to ensure a hardened cyber posture. Work with program management to set priorities for capabilities and defects across each product increment and sprint. Deliver technical briefings, demonstrations, and status reports to leadership, recommending courses of action, competing capabilities, and assessing performance, risks, and impacts. Requires 10 years of Government/DoD experience, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain a security clearance, with 15% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences, or mathematics
- Minimum of 10 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above
- Good understanding of networking to include IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, networking device configuration, and network status monitoring
- Broad understanding of SNMPv3
- Ability to work directly with the Agile software developers to meet deadlines and program objectives
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
