Job Summary
Software Product Marketing Manager focused on Axon’s software portfolio, with initial emphasis on DEMS, AI, and productivity workflows. Define positioning and messaging frameworks for high-impact software initiatives; lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches, releases, and campaigns; enable broader product releases through reusable frameworks; create sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, playbooks); translate roadmap into customer-centric narratives; gather customer, sales, and market insights to inform messaging and GTM strategy; support content development including web copy and campaign messaging; track performance and adoption metrics to refine GTM efforts. Key collaboration with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Communications; 5+ years in product marketing; experience marketing complex SaaS/products; strong communication; cross-functional partnership; data-driven mindset; AI-enabled storytelling and content iteration. Role is based in Scottsdale, Seattle, or Boston with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue–Fri, remote Mon unless accommodation is approved).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or closely related roles
- Experience marketing complex SaaS, platform, or workflow-driven products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level clarity
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and drive alignment
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to measure and improve outcomes
