Job Summary
Product Marketing Manager for Axon’s software portfolio with initial emphasis on DEMS, AI, and productivity workflows. Define positioning and messaging for high-impact software initiatives, lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches and campaigns, enable product releases through reusable frameworks, and create sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battle cards, one pagers, playbooks). Collaborate with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Communications to bring capabilities to market, synthesize customer and market insights, support content development, and track adoption metrics to refine GTM strategies. Requires 5+ years in product marketing or related roles, experience marketing complex SaaS/platform products, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and an analytical mindset. AI expectations include leveraging AI to support narrative development, competitor tracking, and persona-based content iteration. Role is based in Scottsdale/S Seattle/Boston with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue–Fri, remote Mon). Base pay range $93,750—$150,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or closely related roles
- Experience marketing complex SaaS, platform, or workflow-driven products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level clarity
- Proven ability to partner cross-functional and drive alignment
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to measure and improve outcomes
