Job Summary
Design and develop scalable software products using microservice architectures and cloud-native applications, leading technical design reviews and code reviews. Drive product management by defining specifications, leading customer workshops, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Manage system integration, API development, and quality assurance while ensuring security compliance and performance optimization. Lead the Agile Development Team, mentoring junior members and standardizing best practices. Collaborate with global stakeholders and offshore teams to manage project progress, risks, and escalations. Contribute to business development through proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and customer relationship management. Promote advanced technologies including AI, IoT, and digital twins across strategic areas like Intelligent Mobility and Smart Manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Software development experience: 7-15 years or more
- Development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, or Angular.
- Experience in designing REST APIs and microservice architectures.
- Experience using one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in building CI/CD systems using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, etc.
- Practical experience in agile development (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Communication skills in Japanese (business level or higher) and English.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Experience in budget and revenue management (P&L management)
- Experience collaborating with global teams and offshore development teams.
- Experience in proposal writing and presentation.
- Experience in handling RFPs/RFIs
- Pre-sales experience
- Track record of contributing to increased sales and project creation.
