Software Partner Manager

Job Summary
Senior Software Partner Manager responsible for owning and growing iHorizons’ partner ecosystem across Qatar and the GCC region; defines and executes the overall partner ecosystem strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market positioning. Builds and maintains partner relationships, negotiates agreements, drives partner-sourced revenue, and collaborates with sales, presales, and LOBs to develop GTM plans. Manages training, certifications, MDF, and KPI dashboards; uses CRM/PRM systems; ensures renewal and governance of partner engagements; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in IT/software partner/alliance management. Fully remote role with global scope.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Partner Manager or Alliance Manager role within IT/software
- Proven track record of managing tier-level partnerships with major technology vendors
- Demonstrated experience owning partner-sourced revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills and traits
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Technically competent with strong awareness of market trends and vendor solutions in IT and software
- Hands-on knowledge of key technology ecosystems relevant to iHorizons’ portfolio (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, AWS, Google or equivalent enterprise platforms)
- Understanding of cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solution landscapes
