SOFTWARE MANAGER

Job Summary
Provide day-to-day supervision to Software Developers, managing the project portfolio and assigning tasks based on CIO priorities. Lead sprint planning by collaborating with Business Analysts to review tickets, break them into sub-tasks, and ensure requirements are well-defined. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, third-party integration, and Azure cloud infrastructure governance. Serve as the final reviewer for releases, manage the support ticket pipeline, and monitor automated tasks for reliability. Partner with department leaders to gather requirements, document solutions, and maintain public-facing documentation for enterprise software systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school degree
- Must have substantial hands-on software development experience
- demonstrated ability to lead and mentor other developers
- Must be proficient with Full-stack .Net web development (front-end and back-end)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server — database design, health monitoring, and ad-hoc reporting
- Must be proficient with Agile/sprint-based project management methodologies
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure management, hosting, and deployment pipelines
- Requires the ability to analyze complex business requirements
- Requires the ability to engage in strategic and creative problem-solving
- Requires the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is required

Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Industry-recognized certifications in software development or related disciplines are a plus
- Experience working within a company of similar size and complexity to Nox Group of Companies is preferred
- Experience in the construction or industrial sectors is a plus
