Job Summary
Lead as a senior expert and advisor for Navy software maintenance programs, providing technical leadership in development and sustainment methodologies. Apply broad Agile experience to guide engineering activities, lead requirements development across systems, operational, and data analysis domains, and oversee Test & Evaluation and Training. Deliver expert-level analysis to government stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with mission outcomes and fleet readiness. Support solution development that improves reliability and operational integration of Navy software systems. Requires 18 years of hands-on software maintenance experience, DoD SECRET clearance, and expertise in three of five specified technical areas.
Required Qualifications
- Technical training related to software maintenance
- 18 years of hands-on experience in software development and maintenance programs/projects
- Recognized expert with proven leadership supporting complex information‐technology solutions
- Broad experience applying Agile software development processes
- Active DoD SECRET personnel clearance (PCL)
- Must possess experience in three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, Training
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant DoD or Navy experience highly desired, especially in: C4ISR, Logistics, Maintenance, Business systems
