Job Summary
Software Lifecycle and License Engineer at PwC Technology User Experience Team in Bucharest. You will manage the entire software lifecycle from procurement to retirement, maintain license records and documentation, conduct audits for compliance, and drive cleanup projects for unused software in collaboration with Procurement, IT Workplace Engineers, and IT Support Technicians. You will gather requirements from internal clients, provide consultation, and ensure the software landscape is controlled to prevent conflicts and duplications. Nice-to-have ITILv4/v5 Foundation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience with software licenses, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administration or Computer Science
- At least 3 years experience in an administrative position, working with software licenses
- At least 3 years experience working in an administrative position, collaborating with IT teams
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end-users
- Excellent in organizing and collaborating with different stakeholders
- Eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong positive, service-oriented attitude and team-working ability
- Nice to have: ITILv4/v5 Foundation
