Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate requirements into scalable engineering solutions while exploring new tools to improve processing efficiency. Work with the infrastructure team to ensure pipeline robustness, perform data quality assessments, and implement cleansing and validation processes. Document engineering workflows and best practices. Requires a degree in Computer Science or related field with strong Python, Java, or Scala skills and familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and ETL concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plus
