Software Integrator Engineer

Job Summary
Software Integrator Engineer responsible for hierarchically integrating software units into complete software components as defined in project plans. Develops an integration plan to minimize merge conflicts and establish a release roadmap; collaborates with the software team to align with the integration strategy; manages development and release branches, and performs integration into the master branch when ready. Works with Software Development Lead and project leadership to ensure internal and external software deliveries meet milestones. Supports and guides Software Developer Engineers to resolve merge conflicts. Uses AUTOSAR tools to regenerate code as needed. Performs CPU utilization tests (if requested) to monitor runtime/RAM/ROM usage across releases. Creates defect tickets, participates in code reviews, and runs Smoke/Sanity/Motor Control tests at appropriate test benches for validation before Regression Testing. Develops and maintains Smoke/Sanity/Motor Control tests based on release content. Investigates, debugs, and troubleshoots issues during or after integration with the module owner to resolve. Establishes and maintains integration configuration documentation to ensure project execution discipline and identifies methods/scripts to enhance the integration process.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Software, Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Experience in software engineering within microcontroller programming or low-level software development for real-time embedded systems
- Good understanding of embedded systems
- Proficiency in C
- AUTOSAR
- Experience as SW build manager, SW integrator or SW/SYS tester is a plus
- Experience in a standardised software development process environment, preferably ASPICE
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
