Job Summary
Lead the Software Integration & Test Team by recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing engineering group while providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative culture. Oversee software integration and automated test activities from concept through production, ensuring product requirements are verified across Software, Hardware, FPGA, Mechanical, RF, PCB, Systems Engineering, and Program Management teams. Drive test automation strategy using Python and modern methodologies to improve efficiency and product quality, while defining test requirements and procedures with systems design teams. Coordinate integration efforts with cross-functional partners, manage program risks, and leverage data to optimize testing processes and support informed business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 7 or more years of software integration and/or test engineering experience
- Previous experience leading or managing engineering teams
- Working knowledge of software integration and test principles, processes, and verification methodologies
- Experience working within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
- Experience managing software development processes, software projects, and testing activities
- Experience developing Python-based automated testing solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges into practical solutions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
- Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance
