Software Integration & Support Engineer

Job Summary
Software Integration & Support Engineer role delivering customer support and software integrations across client environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to software functionality and configuration, documenting root causes, educating clients on product features, and escalating complex incidents to development. In software integration, install/configure/integrate solutions with client systems and third-party platforms, collaborate with development teams, and create deployment/integration documentation. Serve as technical liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors; support pre-sales discussions with technical input; contribute to process improvements and stay current with new technologies. Requires hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL/PLSQL), CI/CD, AWS/Azure, microservices, SVN, and strong client-facing communication. Travel internationally may be required. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus; 3–5 years of relevant experience; preferred familiarity with wealth management/financial services processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, software integration, or service management
- Experience with Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with software testing tools (unit and system-level)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
