Job Summary
Provide customer support for HPC software to enable High Performance Computers to continue running in operations, supporting UNIX, LINUX, Windows systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required for the mission. Proficient with Linux shell scripting, object-oriented programming languages (C, C++, Java), Python, GCC compiler, multi-threaded software, parallel processing, CORBA, J2EE, Perl, or JavaScript. Manage configuration management tools, structured troubleshooting, system installation, and the HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software. Requires 6 years of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment. TS/SCI with poly clearance required. Located in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with poly Security Clearance
- 6 years demonstrable experience (with a degree, or 11 without) with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment
- Linux Shell scripting
- Object Oriented Programming Language (C, C++, Java)
- Python Programming
- GCC compiler
- Multi-threaded software
- Parallel processing
- CORBA, J2EE
- Perl or JavaScript
- Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools
- Structured troubleshooting skills
