Job Summary
Lead multiple concurrent software implementations from kickoff through graduation by developing project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing scope, risks, and change requests. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships through discovery sessions, regular status updates, and executive-ready communications. Configure software solutions to meet operational needs, validate configurations via testing, and coordinate deployments with internal stakeholders. Deliver client training and onboarding sessions to drive adoption of ABC Fitness solutions, partnering with Product, Support, Sales, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery. Manage project progress against established milestones to maintain high customer satisfaction and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, or SaaS onboarding
- Experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementation projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience gathering business requirements
- Experience configuring software applications
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM and project management platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Certification or College Degree in Project Management (preferred)
