Software Implementation Project Manager - Intellectual Property SaaS H/F

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end management of Intellectual Property Management Systems (IPMS) implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations while defining objectives and key performance indicators with stakeholders. Establish client relationships to communicate status, risks, and adjustments; manage expectations through consistent updates and proactive issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams including integration services, developers, and business analysts to meet project goals. Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies while overseeing user training and the transition to post-implementation support. Provide regular updates to senior management on milestones and challenges, ensuring all documentation remains complete and accurate.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management
- proven experience managing end-to-end implementations in a software or technology environment
- Excellent understanding of PM methods, best practices and techniques
- Experience with change management processes, especially in large-scale organizational transformations
- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to interact diplomatically with all levels of law firm and corporate personnel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software architecture and technical infrastructure
- Ability to identify problems early, analyze them, and implement effective solutions
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and make decisions under pressure
- Strong client service orientation
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in a second European language
- Full time, permanent position (CDI)

Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Asana
- Experience managing Intellectual Property Management Software or similar enterprise software implementations
- PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar project management certifications
- Fluency in a second European language would be a strong asset
