Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding technical and functional questions about the ERP system. Identify and resolve technical issues while contributing to system process optimization through SQL queries for data analysis. Support clients with system usage training and provide tips for optimization. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the ERP solution meets customer needs. This role is part of a growing team at Seiwert GmbH, a partner for small and medium-sized enterprises utilizing Myfactory's cloud ERP software. Over 20 years of experience implementing ERP projects for over 150 companies defines the organization's focus on reliable IT support for the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung im ERP-Support oder fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- SQL-Kenntnisse
