Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Java and React, Python, or a combination of these stacks, including web services, relational databases, and microservice architecture. Contribute to agile development efforts, support CI/CD and test-driven development practices, and work with the team to translate mission needs into working software. This role requires an active TS clearance and is available in St. Louis, MO, or Springfield, VA, with compensation up to $140K. Engineers will build high-impact systems for the Intelligence Community, potentially incorporating geospatial solutions and imagery products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
- 4 years of full stack development experience
- 8 years of full stack development experience in place of a degree
- Active TS clearance
- TS/SCI clearance
- Hands on experience in at least two of these: Python, Java, or React enterprise development
- web services architecture
- relational database design
- spatial or NoSQL database design
- microservice architecture
- containerization and orchestration
- API development
- cloud native development (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building geospatial and GIS solutions
- work with imagery products including SAR or RADAR
- experience developing terrain analysis, automated detection, or spatial analysis algorithms using tools like PostGIS, ArcGIS, or Oracle Spatial
