Job Summary
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers from various backgrounds while building a vision for the team and owning your share in product creation. Lead the management, design, and implementation of new platform capabilities, collaborating with product experts, project managers, business, and other teams. Provide ongoing support and enhancements in existing systems, customers, and code, adapting to take on more responsibilities as the team evolves. Requires at least one year of experience as a Software Development Team Leader with strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Software Development Team Leader
- Programming experience in Kotlin, Node, Java, Python, .net or similar
- Strong coding, design, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Programming experience in Typescript - Advantage
- Experience building natively on the cloud - using serverless technologies where relevant
