Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer Advisor leading data-driven initiatives for Utilization Management with hands-on design and development of robust, scalable, secure solutions. Mentor and grow junior engineers, collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to define testable requirements, participate in code reviews, and drive quality deliverables. Work with modern tools and open-source technologies in an agile environment; contribute to architecture discussions, craft maintainable code, and align engineering work with business value. Location: Hyderabad, India; Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree equivalent in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field
- Senior Software Engineer with 13-16 years of overall experience
- Strong experience in C#, SOLID Design Principles/Patterns, OOP, Data Structures
- Proficiency with ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, ReactJS
- Experience with xUnit, TDD, Kafka, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture
- Azure (including Terraform and AKS), Cosmos DB
- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, SonarQube, CheckMarx
- Ability to speak/write fluently in English
- Experience with agile methodologies including SCRUM, CI/CD, and BDD
