Job Summary
Lead and grow a high-performing software team of 6–8 engineers; translate product and company goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes; drive delivery through strong communication, prioritization, and technical judgment; partner with technical leads to improve architecture, quality, and system reliability; build the operational rhythm and culture that enable consistent execution; stay hands-on to guide reviews and architectural discussions, helping to shape a software foundation powering advanced Manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years in software development with proven leadership in SaaS or high-growth tech
- Strong technical acumen with ability to review designs and guide architectural discussions
- Experience aligning engineering work with business outcomes and product goals
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD tools
