Drive an AI-first, agentic engineering culture that defines how AI coding agents and agentic workflows are used daily, with a roadmap toward majority AI-generated production code under human review. Design, operate, and continuously improve agentic development pipelines with guardrails ensuring secure, reliable AI-generated code. Coach engineers to become effective orchestrators of AI agents, moving from manual coding to specifying, supervising, and validating agent-executed work. Guide the design and implementation of secure, scalable backend systems (.NET/C#) and modern frontend interfaces (React, Angular, or Vue). Collaborate with global teams to shape product roadmap and execute major initiatives. Champion software quality, performance, usability, secure architecture, compliance, and real-world reliability. Stay current with cybersecurity, secure coding, and AI-assisted/agentic software development trends. Foster a culture of trust, learning, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a distributed, cross-border environment.
