Job Summary
Lead a team in designing and implementing ETL processes to support Evernorth's strategic goals. Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver user-oriented, innovative solutions within an agile environment. Responsibilities include conducting proof of concept activities, optimizing existing processes, ensuring data integrity through testing, and preparing detailed technical documentation. Candidates should possess extensive experience in Data Engineering, strong skills in GenAI, Databricks, Python, Pyspark, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Required Qualifications
- 11 - 13 years of relevant Data Engineering Experience
- 3 - 5 Years of experience to manage the Data engineering teams
- Experience with GenAI LLM development and Testing
- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with query optimization and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Pyspark
- Hands on experience with Databricks and Airflow monitoring
- Hands on experience with AWS, MWAA, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EC2
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
