Job Summary
Lead and mentor software engineers across various experience levels while guiding architectural decisions, code quality standards, and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, project management, and QA teams to manage sprint planning, prioritization, and execution using tools like Jira. Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent while translating business goals into technical objectives and measurable KPIs. Establish and refine engineering workflows, code review processes, and documentation practices to improve velocity and reliability. Manage engineering budgets, tools, and resource allocation to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery aligned with company strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- at least 2 years in a management or team lead role
- Proficiency in modern software engineering practices
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
