Job Summary
Lead professional, organizational, and people leadership for multiple software development teams, defining development strategies focused on robust SaaS architectures, cloud technologies, and AI-native engineering standards. Establish AI-driven productivity gains by leveraging agentic tooling, workflows, and pipelines while ensuring processes, quality, and security standards meet healthcare regulatory requirements. Synchronize product requirements with business objectives, mentor engineering leaders, and communicate progress, risks, and innovations to executive management. Requires extensive experience in software development leadership within the SaaS and healthcare domains, including a strong track record in cloud environments and driving AI adoption. Mobile work involves two days on-site and two days flexible remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software development leadership roles
- Experience in the SaaS domain
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong track record of successful delivery in cloud environments
- Excellent university degree in computer science, software engineering, medical informatics, or a comparable technical field
- Very strong academic performance
- Strong technical acumen in SaaS architecture
- Strong technical acumen in cloud
- Strong technical acumen in distributed systems
- Strong technical acumen in security
- Strong technical acumen in quality automation
- Proven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering teams
- Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or similar agentic tooling
- Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with Lean Management principles
- Ability to scale Agile and Lean across multiple teams
- Excellent English
