Lead and coach engineering teams to elevate software delivery by embedding Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices. Drive strategic modernization of delivery processes to maximize throughput and quality, mentor developers and tech leads, analyze delivery metrics to uncover friction, promote cross-functional collaboration, ensure alignment with product quality expectations, author methodologies and retrospectives for long-term traceability, and foster continual professional development within engineering squads. Proficient in C#, HTML/CSS, IDEs (Visual Studio, JetBrains), with hands-on experience in Git, Bash scripting, CircleCI/CI/CD, xUnit, Postman, load testing, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
