Job Summary
Lead and manage software engineering teams to efficiently meet product development goals. Optimize the Software Development Life Cycle and meet milestones in a timely manner. Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders for transparent collaboration. Collaborate with Product partners to align tasks with company objectives. Lead technology discussions, address dependencies, and ensure stable collaboration. Proactively communicate risks, fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment. Drive tool and process standardization initiatives to establish consistency, streamline workflows, enhance communication, and ensure efficient collaboration. Contribute to process enhancements for improved quality and performance. Explore external knowledge sources for continuous growth and learning. Foster a positive work culture by proactively addressing any challenges or concerns, promoting team motivation and cohesion.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in effectively managing and nurturing high-performing software engineering teams
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the IT industry
- Exceptional people management skills encompassing communication, teamwork, and leadership
- Ability to coach and motivate team members for their ongoing career growth
- Demonstrated success in leading projects within a fast-paced, growing organizational environment
- Strong cross-functional organizational skills
- Understanding of business needs with robust analytical abilities
- Track record of establishing productive relationships with stakeholders
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science is considered an advantage
